Research three contemporary brands that you as a designer admire and desire.


KFC

  Philosophy
          Kfc’s aim is to satisfy their customers in every possible way they can. They consider their customers, their philosophy.
Mission

          Their mission is to see fast foods in a user friendly environment that is fast moving and that is appealing to health minded and pride conscious customers.

Identity and Image
         They make use of Flat colours. Colours of red, white and black. Their type font is clear and neat and easily readable.
How I would change the logo
         I would make the background even simpler, maybe just make use of the type and the barrel and incorporate it into something simple.

Volkswagen

         Their philosophy is to treat their customer’s well by making them come first. They want to build a relationship with their customers. Their company growth is of great importance to them in order to produce and be more successful.

     Mission

              Their mission is to offer attractive, safe and environmentally sound
       vehicles which can be compared in an increasingly tough market
       and set world standards in their respective class.
   Identity and Image
   Their design is clear and Memorable.
     How I would change it
    Their brand is already simple enough. I would try to play with colour in order to bring out the letters “W” and ”V” out more.

It has proven its ability to not only become the largest online site to monitor safe trading between buyers and sellers all over the world but also has been able to develop a user-friendly site that merely anyone can use.
Mission
To position itself as not only a site to buy and sell goods, but to shop, collect and potentially even open a small or large scale online trading business for individuals where anyone can practically sell anything.
Identity and image
-      Simple and memorable
-      Playful use of colour
-      Striking and visually appealing
       How I would change it
       I would maybe incorporate the idea of worldwide trading company in the
       logo as well. Make use of only one or two colours in the type.
