  1. Konik, I. 2007.”Thematising the ugly side of sublime technological development in Sonzero’s Pulse (2006) as an inadvertent critique of the ‘technocentricism’ of postmodernity”.

According to this article, I believe that Konik is trying to explain the age where we are currently living in today and being blinded by technology. Since it has become part of our lives, it has contributed something positive as well as something negative to our lives. It has better our lives in a sense of making things that was difficult for us to do on our own, more easier. However,  it has also destroyed our ability of wanting to think and do things on our own. We are constantly relying on technology to complete our daily tasks.

Technology led us to the discovering of new things, and as we learn more of these things we constantly find ourselves totally depended on technology in such a way that we can simply not live without it.
